Focusing on the third and most important Rule by Guru Nanak dev ji,To share with others in need.
In Weekly events of Gurudwara sahibs,
Shri Gurudwara sahib offers langar sewa, usually known as A feeding program ( A free kitchen service) for local community in Freetown Sierra Leone.
A true Example to serve and Share with Humanity. This is usually organized on Every Noon of Saturday.
With Motive of Gurbani And Gurmat Prachar, Gurudwara sahib playing a vital Role in setting examples of humanity.
In which more than 1000 -1200 people took advantage of it.
We can call it A True Langar service in which needy and poor people were satisfied with at least one time cooked and Hot meal every weekend focusing the idea of food as basic human right and need.
The cooked and warm meals not only satisfied the hunger but sometimes gives a hope to hopeless ones, a new energy to the body to work harder.
They also feel blessed to take part in this service And The expense of the whole program was solely taken by the Jeety trading company on its own.
The service was started in January 2024 , running successfully onwards and even expanding through out the city.
This act of kindness which impacts our society and a true message for raising Helping hands for each other.
